Description:
Your private tour guide will pick you up at your hotel or appartment at the agreed time in Budapest. We drive you on the highway in the direction of the famous mining town of Tatabánya. You will get to know the story of the famous Turul bird and we will walk you to the breathtaking Selim Cave. We continue our journey towards the center of Tata, visiting the Calvary on the top of the hill, and stop by Jewish cemetery and by the open geological museum.
In the heart of the city we discover the medieval castle built by Sigismund of Luxembourg the Holy Roman Emperor, and the Esterhazy Palace ,we walk along the beautiful Old Lake and visit the statue of St. John the Baptist. We enjoy a wonderful lunch next to old plane tree and then continue our tour in the romantic English park. In the late afternoon we take you back to your accomodation or to a pre -arranged location .
