Tour description:
You meet your license tour guide at your hotel in an agreed time. You begin your journey towards Gödöllö to see the former residence of Queen Elisabeth and Franz Joseph. You will be guided through the salons and the private rooms of the royal couple. You will discover one of the country’s largest Baroque palaces, from its heyday to the present day. After Gödöllő Royal Palace, we drive you to Hollókő, 100 km north-east of the capital.
Hollókő is not a musrum village, the community who lives there protects and looks after the Old village. The village has paved roads, electricity and internet, but the current 400 mostly pensiongage residents still observe their traditions. We rediscover the town and experience the palóc cultures and crown the day with some traditional palóc dishes.
Returning back to Budapest in the afternoon.
